A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure your booking with the full balance payable 8 weeks prior to the booking start. Please note that any cancellations within 4-8 weeks of your arrival date will incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total rental amount; cancellations within 2-4 weeks will incur a charge equal to 75% of the total rental amount while cancellations in the 2 week period prior to your arrival date will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total rental amount. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable along with the final balance - this will be refunded when your stay is over and everything is in order.
All linens and towels are included as part of your rental. Mid-week towel change, weekly maid service and weekly change of linens is included in the cost of your rental where rental is at least a week. If rentals are less than one week then cleaning costs are extra.
Air conditioning and pool heating are available at a cost of £100 each per week.
The villa sleeps 8 adults - cots and highchairs can be rented on request.
